The modern accountancy driven &amp;nbsp;myopia of the city makes the majority of modern urban cultures very vulnerable to &lt;a href="http://fearmongers.blogspot.com/"&gt;fear&lt;/a&gt; and &lt;a href="http://ondewolf.blogspot.com/"&gt;fanaticism&lt;/a&gt; on environmental issues (and a form of arrogance about just how easy it is to cream off a percentage ?).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;b&gt;The country, on the other hand, is not in such a panic about the amazing world we live in , and for good reasons based on their close experience of it .
